Note: All deposits are NON-refundable No matter what No exceptions. They may be transferred to another adventure as long as there is space available.
Final payment is due before the start of each trip.
There is NO refund once the activity is started no exceptions.
We will go out on trips as long as we deem it to be safe.
Activity's may change due to weather.
Camping Locations may change at any time.
Anyone on a trip with SCAC should be expecting adventures that will take them out of there comfort zone. All of our adventures are safe but in some instances nature and the environment may push every one to the point of being scared, and there is always a possibility of injury (even on the baseball field) this is normal and people are expected to push through this with the help of our guides and other participants. We strive to deliver our activities in a safety first environment.
Remember we have a no refund policy due to the small size.
By signing up for any trip and paying the deposit you agree to this.
Note: If signing up for more than one week please fill out multiple forms and submit them. There is a $150 dollar fee for each weekend stay.
